Service

Employee provides AI-assisted WhatsApp sales, support, inventory, and payment follow-up workflows for businesses. Features may change as the product improves.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, product data, prices, policies, customer permissions, and any instructions you give the assistant.

Acceptable use

Do not use Employee for spam, fraud, illegal activity, deceptive messaging, harassment, or activity that violates WhatsApp, Meta, payment provider, or applicable platform rules.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans, invoices, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the plan terms shared with the customer at purchase or onboarding.

Third-party platforms

Employee works with third-party services such as WhatsApp and payment providers. Those platforms are operated independently and may apply their own rules, limits, and availability.

Limitation

Employee is provided as a software service. We work to keep it reliable, but no automated assistant can guarantee every reply, sale, delivery, payment, or customer outcome.
